
Eagles Harbor common areas are governed by a volunteer elected board of directors. There are seven (7) board positions held by five (5) individuals:
- President
- Vice President
- Architectural Review Committee Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Maintenance
- Gates Management
Board members are elected to three (3) year terms at the annual meeting each September. They meet monthly, typically on the third Wednesday at 12noon. Any member is welcome to attend any meeting.

What is the purpose of the homeowners association?
The main purpose of the Eagle Harbor Homeowner’s Association is to serve the membership, to protect the property values within our development by enforcing deed restrictions, conditions and covenants, and to maintain the common areas, roads, boat slips, etc. We are committed to building a quality community that complements our individual preferences, individual styles and the community values.
How can I get involved in community activities?
There are many resident-hosted activities that are a great way to get to know your neighbors, including bridge, crafts, book club, pickleball, corn hole, poker, mens’ and women’s lunch bunches, and Tuesday night dinners. Find out more on our Get Involved page.
What amenities are available to residents?
Eagles Harbor is a gated community and offers many amenities including a gated boat/RV storage lot, boat launch, marina, and a community area with gazebo, beach, and grills.
It is important to note that there are specific rules related to the boat slips:
Docks B and C are owned by individual members and are NOT available for general use without written permission by the owner notifying the HOA of such permission. There are currently three (3) slips available for purchase if you are interested.
Dock A is for DAY USE ONLY for any member. Any stay over 24 hours must have prior HOA approval.
Are there any rules or regulations I should know about?
Yes, the homeowners association has established guidelines to maintain the community’s aesthetic and ensure a peaceful environment. These rules cover property maintenance, the use of common areas, and building standards helping to preserve the neighborhood’s charm and tranquility. Please be advised, you are responsible for following the rules and regulations of the HOA regardless of if you have read them or not, so it is in your best interest to read them.
How do I report a concern or issue?
Residents can report concerns or issues by contacting the homeowners association through this website or by email. All individual board member contact information can be found on the Board page. We value open communication and strive to address any problems promptly to maintain a positive living environment for everyone.
What is the process for new owners?
For owners purchasing an uncleared lot, a detailed construction process document is below which explains all the necessary information for building a new home.
