The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to ensure a quality community is maintained that complements both individual styles and preferences as well as the community values, and to protect the property values within our development by enforcing deed restrictions, conditions and covenants.
Written approval of the home construction or major improvement project plans is required prior to commencement of any clearing, grading, or construction.

The Construction Process is described in detail. Read it thoroughly to assure you understand the requirements. You will need to submit to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) either the “Request for Building Review” for new residence construction OR the “Request for Approval of Project Improvement” for major improvement projects, with all requested information. In addition if you do not submit directly online via AppFolio, you will need to sign and submit the “Eagles Harbor Subdivision Construction Process Signature Page.”
ARC meets monthly, typically on the second Thursday, to review requests. In order to ensure your request is reviewed at any monthly meeting, it needs to be submitted no later than the first Friday of the month.
